Lessons Learned: Contract Life Cycle Management Part Two
Lessons Learned is a virtual event where UK Internal Audit’s team of professional business and IT consultants share information about current “hot topics” – actual incidents and trends here at UK (but not unit-identified) – that provide attendees with insights to improve operations and prevent similar activities from occurring in their units.
This session will continue to spotlight the importance of strong contract life cycle management, this time focusing specifically on contract terms – the negotiating and authorizing phases – and contract monitoring, which includes contract execution and obligation management to ensure the vendor is performing per the contract requirements.

questions so you can get the answers you need to better protect the university.
