Contract management is really just beginning when the contract is signed. In this edition of Lessons Learned, you’ll learn about each stage of the contract life cycle — from determining a need for services/materials to renewal. You’ll discover best practices for monitoring vendor compliance and ensuring you’re not paying extra for a service UK already offers. You’ll also hear about the costly risks of vendors whose performance goes unchecked.
